More than eight hundred years, the great Jewish scholar, philosopher, and physician leader, Rabbi Moses ben Maimon (Maimonides) wrote:
Person and he does not exercise ... diseases happen, is not it and increase its strength. ... but the one who is idle and not ... well, if you maintain a healthy diet and other habits, it will not be eternally sick and its strength will be reduced.(Law De RPM 4: 15)
Consider whether the Maimonides wrote these words at a time when basic daily life inevitably linked to a significant degree of physical activity. Currently, the fact that people didn't like the car made a huge difference. Maimonides, advise, people are also more exercises. How much more we can get our conscious need to intentionally share on physical activity, when we live in a technologically advanced world, where we use is hardly at all of our bodies.
Here are two simple exercises that you can begin integrating some movement to the otherwise sedentary lifestyle:
Leg lifts
While sitting at your desk, lift your feet from the floor, straighten the legs to the knee and keep you. While this allows.Release again is suitable for large muscles in the upper legs.Raise your feet of calves up on your toes, keep in bracketlinker this position is then lower.Feel yourself a Contracting each time your calf muscles.Whereas, in that there is no real resistance (other than a little bit of gravity), you will need to consciously working on muscles. Both of these legs workout increases the circulation in its lower body which is very important for the General State of health.
The side sections
Side sections are easy to exercise at the moment, sit directly on your desk., with arms raised above the head slowly lean over on each side of this a few times on each side of the switch to do the same movement, hands on your hips, but again, be aware that your Chair is stable. this simple sequence can be used to increase the flow of blood and actually make you want to exercise more. try it each time you read documents on your computer or on a conference call.
