Well IN most versions of the Grapefruit Diet, a variety of foods are necessary
for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and at supper.you are told to drink black coffee .
and plenty of water throughout the day.inn fact a lot of water
is a big part of most of the best diets
:
Breakfast plan
1 or 2 eggs, 1or 2 slices of bacon,water + black coffee,
1/2 grapefruit or 10 ounces grapefruit juice and water
Lunch plan
Salad with with little or no dressing, a tap of meat or fish meat water and
yes 1/2 grapefruit or10 ounces grapefruit juice
Dinner plan
Red or green vegetables or
